Welcome to my blog!

I've had several blogs over the years, one of which I created for a class (and it gained a bit of traction while I studied abroad in undergrad: www.rhemafw.wordpress.com), but I've longed to be consistent with it. Vlogging is extremely popular today, and though I've tried that too - blogging has always been, and will always be, my first love.

This blog will focus on helping young millennial women like me navigate life. My favorite books, Netflix shows, trips, fashion looks, make-up pick ups, etc. will ALL be featured here. As well as self-care tips and tricks. (that I desperately need myself!)

I recently graduated with my Master's degree in advertising and public relations, so posts related to pre-and-post grad life will be found here as well. I pray you enjoy reading my thoughts as much as I know I'll enjoy writing them.

I knew the struggle of my ancestors, and it wasn't beyond me how significant this moment was, an indicator of how far we'd come and evidence of the idea that I really could do whatever I wanted in life. Non-fiction is not necessarily my genre of choice, but this memoir was amazing. I truly feel that Michelle bared her heart with candid honesty that I ver...

The Best Of My 2018

Because January isn't completely over yet, I figure it's still acceptable to list a few of my favorite things from the past year. These are in no particular order of preference, and though I'd like to say I loved everything equally, that just wouldn't be true. The TRUTH is, it's hard to determine to what degree I enjoyed these things. I'm also a little lazy, and would prefer to just list as I please :) If you like lists, which I'm sure you do (it's 2019 now, and there's literally a list for everything) continue reading!  1. The Office Season 5, Episode 14 - my FAVORITE! 😂 Though I said this list would be in no particular order, if I had to choose what my favorite discovery of the past year was, The Office would definitely be it. I've seen the memes and gifs all over Twitter for the longest, and though they were funny, I never knew the context. The show was absolutely hilarious to me (I ugly cried and laughed A LOT), and ...
